These warning systems are composed of plastic mesh offering high resistance and excellent visibility. They are placed below the surface over the buried network in order to indicate the presence of networks during excavation work or later operations in close proximity.
The mesh is designed to attract the attention of earth-moving machine operators when it is caught and pulled up by the digger bucket.

Samex developed the first extra-wide warning mesh available on the market which is certified compliant with the quality and safety requirements of standard NF EN 12613.
Designed for use on large pipes and cables, in particular those used for the transport of gas and electricity, it renders installation of the warning mesh for these networks faster and easier.
